Terms of use

Uncensored, not lawless.

Last updated 27 October 2026

The service

yuask gives you access to an AI language model with fewer content restrictions than mainstream assistants. Replies can be wrong, offensive, outdated or made up. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions without checking with a qualified person.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use the service where you live. You are responsible for keeping your access key or wallet safe: anyone who holds it can use your account.

What you may not do

We may suspend accounts used for abuse of the service, such as payment fraud or attacks. Because we cannot read saved chats, this relies on what we can see: payments, usage patterns and reports.

Plans, credits and payments

Your content

What you write and what the model replies to you are yours, to the extent the law allows. We do not claim them and, for saved chats, cannot read them. The same goes for the code the terminal app reads and changes on your machine.

The terminal app

yuask Code runs on your machine and changes files there. It asks before it writes or runs a command, but you are responsible for reviewing what it does, and for having your work under version control. It needs Node.js 20 or newer. A terminal token is a credential: anyone with it can spend your balance, so revoke a machine in Settings if you lose it.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We aim for it to be available and accurate, but we do not guarantee either. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will show it in the app before it applies. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
